I’m passionate about the impact better Talent Journeys can have on people and organizations.

I’ve always approached Talent Acquisition with a systems mindset. From running my own recruitment business to working across consulting, data, sales, employer branding and product & project management, I’ve seen how people, processes, and technology shape each other.

Today, I bring those perspectives together as A Talent Architect, combining deep domain expertise with strategic process thinking and the possibilities of AI and automation.

My focus is on designing better Talent Journeys, developing practical solutions, and helping organizations turn technological possibilities into meaningful change.
